Rowan has recently replaced all-black dux piping and installed a new toilet for us.

His communication is excellent, he is skilled, knowledgeable and informative with a great work ethic/etiquette. He is honest and provided a cost itemised estimate for all the bits and pieces etc, so one knows exactly what they are paying for.

A pleasure to find a tradesman that does not want to rip me off and completes a job both expertly and efficiently. Rowan was able to work within hours that were suitable for me, worked quickly, and when a couple of weeks later another plumbing problem occurred was able fit the work in the same day. From fixing the toilet pipe to negotiating a temperamental over flow tank, rowan remains friendly and professional.

Really nice guy. Easy to get in touch with and reliable. The pressure in our showers has been off for years, and he fixed it in a jiffy. Even played great music as he worked.

Rowan installed a Rinnai Infinity at my place in Mt Vic and I'm very happy with the results! He was a nice chap, fast and tidy, leaving no mess behind. He was able to fit us in the day after we called and showed up on time, which was handy for me as I needed to head off to work.
