We are experts at all things painting and offer an easy to understand step-by-step process to take the stress out of the project for you and ensure each job we carry out has a flawless finish.

Step 1: Initial contact
You lodge an enquiry with our friendly and knowledgeable team. we will book you in for a site visit where we will listen to your needs and desired outcome and offer recommendations, too.

Step 2: Quote
Within 2 days of our site visit, we will get in touch and email you an obligation-free quote for your project. We’ll take your details and add them to our system where we can keep notes about your project and log communication.

Step 3: Your job begins
Once you’ve agreed to the quote and we have a clear understanding of what you want we will create a job file. From here we will discuss your project more in depth and agree on exact colours and timing. Once these are agreed on we will start the painting process.

Step 4: During the job
We are perfectionists and ensure the best outcome. We achieve this by allocating a project manager to each job, who is available to you Monday to Friday. The project manager will oversee the entire job, carry out regular site visits to ensure quality control and liaise with the site supervisor, who is onsite each day.

Step 5: Completion
Once the project is complete the project manager and site supervisor do a walkthrough where they will thoroughly inspect all work we have carried out. If there are any touch-ups required these will be carried out before finally handing over to the customer.
