• Rheem mains and low-pressure water heaters and Rheem Lazer boiling water units are designed and manufactured to the strictest of Quality Control measures. Some products also bear special certification marks.
• Rheem care about Product Reliability and Customer satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance Mark
• Rheem Lazer and On-Tap Boiling Water appliances bear the Regulatory Compliance Mark, demonstrating Safety and Compliance to the Electro-Magnetic Compatability Standards.
• Quality Certification
• Rheem New Zealand Limited, the manufacturer of Rheem Mains and Low-Pressure water heaters and the Rheem Lazer boiling water range has earned the prestigious ISO 9001 Quality Certification.
• This means our Quality Management System meets the requirements of Standards New Zealand and the International Organisation for Standardisation.
• Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS)
• All Rheem domestic products meet the mandatory MEPS standards to be sold in New Zealand.
• Gas Association of NZ
• Rheem Gas water heaters are designed and manufactured to the exacting safety, efficiency and performance standards and meet the approval requirements of the New Zealand and Australian Gas Associations.
• WaterMark
• The Rheem Lazer carries the WaterMark approval to the Australian Standards, meeting the requirements for installation into the reticulated water supply.

Australian Certifications

• Standards Mark
• Designed and manufactured to Australian Standards. Rheem heat pump water heaters, Rheem solar tanks and collectors are licensed to bear the Standards Mark. This is the ultimate symbol of product certification so you can be sure of the quality, performance and safety of your Rheem water heater.
• Australian Made
• Products displaying this logo are manufactured in Australia to the exacting standards required in New Zealand.
• Quality Certification
• Rheem Australia, the manufacturer of Rheem mains pressure water heaters, has earned the prestigious 9001 Quality Certification. This means our quality management system conforms with the requirements of Standards Australia and the International Organisation for Standardisation.
• Regulatory Compliance Mark
• Rheem electric storage water heaters, electric boosted solar water heaters and heat pump water heaters bear the Regulatory Compliance Mark.
• This mark shows that the product complies with electrical safety requirements; and electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
• Australian Gas Association
• Rheem gas mains pressure and instantaneous water heaters are designed and manufactured to high standards of safety, efficiency and performance and meet the approval requirements of The Australian Gas Association.
• WaterMark
• Rheem mains pressure water heaters have Watermark approval to the Australian Standards meeting the requirements for installation into the reticulated water supply.
