Charles and I arrived home yesterday to find the barn doors installed and looking great.  We were then blown away to discover a maintenance manual as well as Christmas greetings and gifts.  All of it signalled the completion of the build and we both want to say how absolutely fantastic our home is.  It has met and exceeded our expectations and the relationship built with you made the inevitable struggles at times completely manageable.  We knew we could trust you and you never let us down.   We highly commend your work and the way you do business.

Its been a pleasure working with you from start to finish in building our lovely home in Waihi Beach

We began our building process by trying to find a builder we could trust. After thoroughly researching and talking to several building companies who all provided different levels of confidence, we decided to go with Mark and his team because our gut feeling was they would provide a personal and professional service.

All the way through the process we found communication fantastic and there was never anything that was too hard or difficult when we wanted a modification or dealing with any of the usual quirks of building on a difficult site.

It was particularly helpful we were provided with regular emails, photos and videos of their progress when we could not visit the site to check the progress. This was really helpful in maintaining our confidence.

Further to this the workmanship and level of quality in completing the job was above and beyond our expectations. We’ve had several locals, friends and family comment on how well the house and design was finished.
