Services
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
We always welcome new challenges and position ourselves in being creatively serious. Our design interests range from residential, commercial and industrial. with a deep understanding of space & structure. The two things that drive pragmatic and efficient design solutions.
CONCEPT / SCHEME PLANNING
Often called the scheme team. We can creatively break down the development needs and look at various options to suit if you have a piece of land that you’re thinking of developing or purchasing. This generally consists of bulk and location plans, along with 3D renders, elevations and floor plans.
RENOVATION/REPURPOSING
If you have an existing building that you would like to be refreshed, rebranded or just renovated we can look at practical solutions to fit any budget. This includes those who might be looking to sell or lease a building and are looking for a refreshed competitive advantage.
WORKING/CONSENT DRAWINGS
We can take your ideas from concepts through to completed council-ready building consent applications, and beyond to construction issue.
