Additions & Extensions

Renovating your home is also a good chance to do some detective work. No two houses are alike and so no set plan will work for every kitchen, bathroom or home addition. “Houses hide their secrets well”. We’ve been building in Canterbury for over 15 years, and it’s a safe bet that we’ve discovered most of the hidden challenges behind the walls of your home. If we do happen upon an unexpected issue we have skilled sub-contractors in every area of trade to call upon.

Additions are popular for many reasons. Many traditional New Zealand houses have small separate kitchens, now the kitchen is the heart of the home and our clients often want to open up a room and create more functional open plan family spaces. Sunrooms, great-rooms, granny flats (or a place for extended families when they come to visit), larger master suites and walk-in wardrobes are all popular reasons our clients have had for adding to their homes.

Kitchen Renovations

A new kitchen can improve the function and maximise the beauty of your home.

If you are thinking about renovating your kitchen, we are the right people for the job. Minimising the intrusion on your life is our responsibility. We aim to get the job done efficiently and to a high standard, leaving no mess behind. Our superior service includes the cleanup. That’s our guarantee.

Bathroom Renovations

A bathroom renovation can enhance your lifestyle and be one of the best places to add value.

We cut no corners on our bathroom renovation projects and never accept second best. The highest quality materials and workmanship are our promise. We aim to please, so you can expect that your bathroom renovation will last and add value to your home.

Decks

A quality deck or patio is an asset to any home. Make the most of the summer months by improving your outdoor area.

We know a thing or two about creating impressive outdoor structures so whether a small entrance patio or a multi-tiered deck, let us help you make the most of your exterior space.

Design & Conception

When you have a personal shopper and design consultant as part of your renovation package it makes all the difference. We can shop with you and provide great advice. We have great relationships with many suppliers and together we create spaces that work for you and your family. We have created many types of spaces: fun, fresh, masculine, spa-inspired, traditional, simple or feminine. This is where we say – “It is ALL about YOU!”

Energy Efficiency Homes

If it is an energy makeover your home needs, we can help you with ALL of it. Because we install windows, doors, siding, and also take care of all interior components, we can advise you on the biggest energy savers on the market for your project. As a licensed company, we can make the Green-renovating much easier.

Green Building is becoming increasingly popular and for many reasons you may need to consider a greener/healthier living environment. There are many modern choices for things such as heating, insulation, energy-efficient materials for your walls, windows, doors, underfloor, roof, ceiling and more. We can help guide you in your decisions for your project and provide a healthy and economical home.
