Roger Kenning Builders

Roger Kenning Builders Ltd was launched by qualified builder Roger Kenning in 1997. Roger himself has over 40 years of experience in the building industry. Since our inception, we’ve gone from strength to strength – providing a range of residential and commercial building services throughout Motueka with a team of eight qualified, licensed building professionals.

For more than 15 years, we’ve maintained a reputation throughout Motueka and the Nelson region for providing efficient, cost-effective building work finished to the highest standard. As a locally owned business, we deliver our services with a high level of integrity – something that is reflected back to us through continual customer referrals.

Our team appreciates the importance of good customer service, and is always happy to go the extra mile where necessary. If you’re based out of town or overseas, we’re able to step in and oversee the entire project on your behalf – ensuring the job is completed to a high standard from start to finish. Once we’ve taken care of everything for you, all you’ll need to do is show up and turn the key. Easy!

Qualified, certified and licensed builders.

As registered Master Builders, we can provide a 10 year Master Build Guarantee on all building work with a contract price of $25,000 or more. That means you’re protected against structural, material and workmanship defects, and are covered by Loss of Deposit insurance. But most of all, it means you can have peace of mind knowing your building work has been completed by a trusted New Zealand builder, backed by a recognised hallmark of quality.
