Re-roofs
You’ll be amazed at the difference a quality roof can make to your home – the right style and colour can completely transform the look. We’ll also advise you on insulation and other factors that will affect the functionality of your home. As per the building act we are licensed building practitioners – so you’re guaranteed to get a roof that not only looks good, but also keeps your home warm and dry in the long term.

All roof systems need to be replaced after a period of time. Many people are concerned about the price of re-roofing – but taking into account the overall aesthetics of the building and the potential damage a leaking roof can cause, the benefits far outweigh the costs.

Signs that you need a new roof:

• Dark patches on ceilings and/or mould and water ingress
• Lead nail heads rolling off the roof and visible signs of rust
• A crinkle sound when walking on roof, especially on short lapped sheets
• Metal tiles are lifting and grit washing off
• Cracked and/or broken concrete tiles.

The benefits of re-roofing:
We’ll ensure that your new roof is energy efficient, lasts longer, and enhances the look of your home or building.

Skylights
Nothing beats natural light, especially on a nice summer evening – so ask us about installing a skylight during your next roof install or re-roof.

Not only do skylights have the advantage of reducing your lighting costs, but can also allow more warmth into your house or building. Another advantage is that they are aesthetically pleasing. You can choose from designs that best suit your decor and building style.

Well glazed skylights provide superior heat and sound insulation along with improved strength and safety and can help create a statement in your home as well as be totally functional.

Gutters
New spouting and downpipes add value to your home and are an effective way to help eliminate any water issues that you may have or will encounter in Wellington’s wet and harsh winter conditions.

Wall Cladding
Corrugate is becoming increasingly popular as a wall cladding. There are various ways that it can be installed horizontally, vertically or even curved. This could be a modern addition to your new home or renovation.

The classic corrugated roofing profile is being used increasingly as a wall cladding – anything from a single feature panel to a whole house or commercial property.
