We had such a great building experience with S&K. We wanted a high spec refurbishment of our inner-city terrace house and the end result was even better than we expected. Being inner city there were the usual complication with access, lack of parking, and keeping our neighbours happy - none of which was an issue for the team. Communication with our architect was seamless and any variations were discussed, explained, and approved by us in advance with excellent documentation. Nothing was too much trouble. Although we only had minimal defects these were rectified quickly and without any issues. Thank you Rodney and team, we will certainly be using you again in the future.

We just completed a major renovation with Paul, Rodney and their team, which took a number of years from start to finish. Their professionalism, creativity, organisation and responsiveness were as good as any service I have ever worked with. A big thank you to Paula who managed the renovation with Paul. Paul, Rodney and the team did a fabulous job of our home. All the standard design/build stuff you would expect was fine. It’s when unexpected things arose that their problem solving and experience payed off, particularly the quality of their contacts around town. The support after handover has been really good. If we reno a beach house we will be asking them to do it.
