Silver Mountain Construction is a design and build company in Otago, specializing in renovations and new builds In Queenstown and the surrounding areas.

Scotty Mackenzie and Greg Avery provide years of high-end residential building experience as the directors/project managers. Along with our team of Certified Builders, we will treat your home as our own and execute your project from concept to completion with an honest and transparent approach.

What Sets Us Apart

Our Architect is also a Qualified Carpenter allowing us to design from a builder’s perspective avoiding delays and complications.

We have our own excavation equipment with an experienced operator. So we can take care of the whole process from the first site cut to the final touches of landscaping.
