Silver Mountain Construction

Scotty Mackenzie and Greg Avery provide years of high-end residential building experience as the directors/project managers. Along with our team of Certified Builders, we will treat your home as our own and execute your project from concept to completion with an honest and transparent approach.

What Sets Us Apart

Our Architect is also a Qualified Carpenter allowing us to design from a builder’s perspective avoiding delays and complications.

We have our own excavation equipment with an experienced operator. So we can take care of the whole process from the first site cut to the final touches of landscaping.

Quality

We offer full building and project management services for new builds and renovations. As experienced Licensed Building Practitioners and NZ Certified Builders we can offer you a high-quality product with attention to detail.

Communication

We take the time to plan and understand your vision and are committed to maintaining honest and transparent communication throughout your project. With the main objective of providing quality results on time and budget
