...Your ability to listen and interpret our ideas is something I have never seen before. After years of fighting against poor decisions and planning, I vividly remember that in 2 hours of walking round the ED and sitting in my office you managed to create a butter paper design looking much like what we’ve ended up with that actually for the first time did what we needed it to do.

We plan to write this up as a wonderful co-design achievement. You can be proud that your design and input has made an actual positive difference to people’s lives today and long into the future. Well done.
