SOBD has now designed and drawn two projects for us. Our personal residence (built in Aug 2016) and a 4 x duplex project (completion in Oct 17). Both designs were an improvement on our initial brief and achieved a great outcome. The team is helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The Building Designers Association of Queensland confirms that Stuart Osman from Stuart Osman Building Designs is a member of the BDAQ. A full member of BDAQ must hold a QBCC License in Building Design which requires particular technical qualifications and years of experience.
