Initial Consultation
Our initial consultation is free of charge. We will complete a desk top evaluation of the site and report to you on the; 

• Zone - operative and proposed 
• Land - area nett & gross
• Stormwater & Sewer serviceability
• Existing dwelling - details.

Resource Consent Preparation
To progress the project further we would need to complete further investigation of your site, once this has been compiled we would meet and present the following:

• a detailed breakdown of typical costs associated with this type of subdivision
• an explanation of the procedural process and associated costs to complete the initial investigation
• list the known council and service provider issues
• complete a brief for the design build of the new dwelling and estimated costs of the same

Once this is completed we would proceed to full Resource Consent documentation and submission.

10 Easy Steps To Your New Home: 

1. Making your choice
   Choose the Style home you like us to build for you from our extensive range of plans or meet with our designers for a flawless refreshing design, inspired and original. A design fee/initial deposit of $10/m2 excluding GST will be payable (conditions apply).
2. Preparing your proposal 
   Your Style consultant will prepare an itemised new home proposal including a site plan with elevations that reflects all your choices.
3. Finalising your contract
   Once you have reviewed the drawings and specification, and made any changes, we finalise the plans, specification and contract for your new home.
4. Cabinets, Colours and Electrical/AV Appointment
   Our experienced Colour Consultant will help you decide on the entire colour scheme for your new home, from roof tiles and bricks to kitchen bench tops and tapware. You will meet with our electrical contractor to finalise the position and specification of all Electrical and Audio Visual gear. You will also meet with a kitchen designer to finalise your kitchen cabinetry.
5. Signing your contract
   Once the contract is prepared, you will sign it and pay the balance of the deposit and then we will complete the full Building Consent and engineering plans for submission to council for a Building Consent.
6. Obtaining your Building Consents
   We will lodge your Building Consent application and any necessary Resource Consent and/or Watercare applications, pay the associated fees and arrange all onsite service connections on your behalf.
7. Placing your orders
   During the Building Consent processing time we will get everything ready to start building, introduce you to your Building Supervisor and order your materials.
8. Building your home
   Upon receipt of Council consent we will commence on site within 7 days. Your Style Supervisor will keep you informed of your home’s progress and arrange any site visits you’d like to make during construction.
9. Moving in
   We’ll present your new home to you, explain all its special features, show you where all the switches and connections are and arrange a time for final handover.
10. Staying in touch
    As you settle in, we’ll stay in touch to make sure you’re totally happy with your new Style home and address any items that need attention.
