The flower-box was a creation of Gray's that really works; it not only acts as a safety barrier but provides for a splash of colour to enhance.

I have worked with with Gray the director and owner of Substrait Construction in a difficult project. Gray was very professional and very easy to deal with to get the job done during the specified time. He's great with liaising with various stakeholders to get the job done and is very experienced.

Initially we contracted Substrait to build a new fence around our whole property. Grey came out quickly and looked over our section. He offered different options and advice on improvements to our plan which worked out brilliantly.
Fence turned out better than we imagined.
After that Grey was our go to builder and we used him for our house renovation. He did an amazing job on our bathroom managing to turn a small square outdated cupboard into a fully functional cool bathroom.

The "Michael Angelo tile" ceilings in our 40-year home were in need of attention. The existing ceiling were difficult to keep clean and beginning to sag(pull away from ceiling battens). We contacted Gray and arranged for an assessment of the job and a quote.

Gray viewed the job and provided advice on how to proceed. From our first meeting we found Gray was great to deal with, he was open, demonstrated confidence and knowledge, that in turn gave us confidence in his ability to carry out the work to a high standard.  

As the job progressed there were a couple of things that needed attention. Gray discussed these items and provided solutions to ensure that the job was completed to a high standard. It was this attention to detail and willingness work through these issues that was the hallmark of this job.

Gray & his team were very professional, friendly & easy to deal with. My downstairs rooms had been flooded in 2023. Gray identified the problem, when two plumbers did not, & fixed the issue although it was outside the original brief. The rooms have been completely rebuilt & Gray readily fixed a number of issues that had deteriorated with age. Gray has an eye for detail & ensured his team & tradies’ work was of a high standard.
