Summitbuild Construction is a family-owned business led by Joseph, Wayne, and Sara O’Donnell, with a rich history spanning over 35 years. Our track record speaks volumes about our commitment to delivering excellence, whether it's crafting stunning architectural homes, executing commercial developments, renovating existing properties, or facilitating commercial fitouts. Specialising in architectural residences and light commercial ventures, we prioritise quality while ensuring every project stays within budget and meets all deadlines.

Our Christchurch team contribute to the restoration and reconstruction efforts in Christchurch, we have rejuvenated numerous residential and commercial structures. We also maintain a strong presence in architectural new builds and multi-unit developments throughout the city.

Our Queenstown branch has a strong emphasis on architectural homes and boutique developments, specialising particularly in intricate multi-story hill builds within the region.
