After living in my character 1930s bungalow for over a decade, I was keen to make some improvements. Until engaging Treena at Swift Designs, I didn't have the confidence to embark on these types of projects or even know really where to start. Our first project was turning a large unusable laundry space into a study with a very efficient laundry hidden behind doors. I have lived with my laundry now for two years, and there is absolutely nothing I would change about it. It makes use of every single square centimetre, with hanging space, bench and sink, storage for mop and vacuum cleaner, as well as lovely stacked appliances that makes my life a dream. Of course it looks great too. Our next major project was tackling a very old, small and ugly bathroom into a space of beauty. This involved extending it into space in the next room. Again a year on, there is absolutely nothing I would change. The tiles are a feature and completely in keeping with an older style home, and I have about 300% if not more storage than I had before, and with multiple sources of lighting, it really is a space I love to be in. These were our major projects. Others have included soft furnishings, curtains, artwork, rugs, lighting, custom made furniture - and more. I would not hesitate to recommend Treena. I have just purchased a new house - I will have a lucky tenant living in these lovely spaces in my existing home while I look forward to creating even more beautiful spaces in my new home with Swift Designs.

Using Swift Designs was money well spent. Treena helped me with all the interior products in the house including, flooring, drapes, tapware, kitchen design, doors and doorware, showers, vanities, laundry design.

I love my laminate flooring plank width and colour, and my carpet is very luxurious for a great price. The cabinetry , drapes , flooring and paint colors that Treena chose, all blend perfectly. Every guest that has viewed our home says its all just gorgeous and stylish.

We recently renovated which included a small extension to the open plan kitchen/living/dining room to accommodate a bigger kitchen and make sense of the living space. Treena helped us with the planning process both for the kitchen space and design and also the living/dining space decor. It looks amazing!

We see Treena as 'an investment'. She has taken the time to understand our personalities and what our "style" is. With this knowledge, she knows where to source quality furniture, window coverings and accessories within the budget we provide, from places we've never heard of, and often at lower prices than buying from a store. When Treena presents us with options, she backs them up with reasons why she's chosen them e.g. quality, durability, fade resistance etc. And best of all, when we simply can't make up our minds, we say "which do you think will work best"!
If you suffer from the following, then you need Treena: * Stand in a furniture shop and wonder what size, style, colour, fabric furniture you should pick * Buy something for the house, get it home, and it doesn't look right in the room * Think that custom-made furniture must be expensive * Can't decide on curtains, accessories, art work, cushions, bed linen, it all "gets too hard" * Can't visualise what something will look like e.g. will a feature wall look great or naff? * Envy house magazine pictures, but could never replicate them yourself.
