“Josh and his team did a full interior renovation of my Victorian cottage in 2019, including some structural work. All the work was done to a very high standard, including that of the sub-contractors. The team consistently arrived on time and put in a full day’s work, leaving the site tidy each day. Renovations often encounter the unexpected, and Josh always had solutions and alternatives to deal with them.  The original estimates from the beginning of the project were very close to the final cost.

I was very happy with the result, and in 2020 I asked Josh if he would consider undertaking my garden landscaping.  The plan as drawn would have been very expensive to build, but Josh and I were able to work together to tweak the design to significantly lower the final cost.  I like the built version better than the original plan!”
