The Air Con Guy

COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

Installing a commercial air conditioning heating and cooling system into your office is one aspect of our services. We want to ensure that your office is maintained at a constant temperature and doesn’t have systematic issues in the future. That’s why we also offer comprehensive air conditioning repair and maintenance services for businesses operating in the Auckland area.

There are a number of reasons why your AC unit may not be operating as smoothly as it should be and can cause AC compressor failure, such as:

• Dirty Coils; there might be mineral scales, dust and grime building up on the condenser coil, which means the air conditioner cannot expel enough heat from the system, eventually leading the compressor to fail.
• Blocked Suction Lines: If this happens, your air conditioning unit will not be effectively cooling, over the long-term, this leads to possible AC compressor failure.
• Too Much Refrigerant: This type of damage originates when an inexperienced technician loads too much refrigerant into the air conditioning unit or the wrong type of refrigerant causing the compressor to fail.
• An Electrical Fault: If there is a fault with the electrics, then there might be a build up of acids, which can cause there to be additional damage to other parts of the compressor.

These are just a few reasons as to why an air conditioning unit might fail, need replacing or repairing.

Fortunately, our team of highly experienced, skilled technicians have the knowledge and expertise to get your air conditioning system up and running back up and running.

AIR CON INSTALLATION IN YOUR OFFICE

When it comes to installing the most effective air conditioning system for your workplace, there really is no one-size-fits-all answer.

There is a whole range of factors to consider, from room size, the number of staff in each room, amount of objects in the room, the number of computers and other electrical appliances, to the number of windows and how many walls face the sun during the day.

It is for this reason why our seasoned service technicians provide a comprehensive approach to your air conditioning needs.

We are an independent company that is not aligned with any single manufacturer. Our commercial air con installation experts will install the most suitable AC unit for your unique work environment.

HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION

We install commercially designed heat pumps and set up service plans to ensure these heat pumps are kept operating at their most efficient capacity for the duration of their natural lifetime.

Auckland is not always the warmest and does have a winter period, but is your office suitably ready for the colder time of the year? Has your business got the best and most efficient heat pumps available to date? Are prepared to maintain a constant temperature for your staff in the office?

Our experienced technicians will come to your office and assess its heating requirements, both in the winter and the cooling requirements in the summer months. We will assess the size and space necessary to provide suitable space for the heating and cooling equipment within your workspace.
