All landscape design projects have unique circumstances. We've developed these steps to make sure your project runs smooth.

PLANNING PHASE

• Understanding your unique requirements, aims and constraints.
• A thorough site inspection to assess your property.
• Obtain an approximate budget to ensure design meets expectations.
• Converse with all parties to ensure the overall plan is understood. This includes consultants, architects and of course you.

DESIGN

• Find principals that fit your visions.
• Develop a design concept and detailed design brief.
• Agree on design costs.
• Complete your design

CONSTRUCTION

• Agree on construction costs outlined in design.
• Discuss timelines and expected project completion dates.
• One of our experienced landscape managers will be appointed to oversee the entire construction process.
• Your entire team is brought up to date on the scope of works and design.
• Your dream backyard is brought to life!

AFTER CARE

• Protecting your investment with sealants, paints and stains.
• Maintenance packages are created to give you freedom.

I NEED A DECK, BUT WHERE DO I START?

Most clients aren't sure what will fit their property. We recommend a timber to suit your property and tastes. 

We install decks of all shapes and sizes and can cover almost any design you need.

We work with all decking timbers.

Our top recommendation for decking hardwood is Garapa. Garapa (Apuleia Leiocarpa) is a South American tropical hardwood. It has FSC accredited sustainability, excellent durability and is stable. Also looks great!  Vitex, and Kwila follow in a close second.  We have vast experience working with all of these timbers.

WHAT IF I NEED COMPOSITE DECKING?

We offer installation of composite decking. This is a great option for those that want a low maintenance deck.

PREMIUM WETCAST PAVING

TALC is great a creating outdoor living area's and paving can be a great start. Our preferred paver is wetcast concrete. They come in multiple textures and any colour. This makes the paver perfect for extended your living area outside. It makes colour schemes a breeze.

• More visually appealingly to concrete brick paving.
• Diverse wet-cast paving moulds offer a practical paving option while obtaining the natural look of stone.
• A variety of paving shapes, textures and sizes are available using wet-cast paving.

DRYCAST PAVING

Dry cast pavers are great for creating strong durable surfaces without the associated cost of wet cast paving. Despite being porous, dry cast pavers can create unique and often stunning looking patios. They're also the go-to when it comes to creating a parking space.
