From concept designs to consents and project coordination, we can ensure your plan is taken to its full potential.

The House Concept is all about thoughtful building with no surprises so you can move through the construction journey with confidence and ease. We work across the entire Auckland region from Manurewa to Matakana and everywhere in between. We have architects and architectural designers in Auckland, the North Shore and Warkworth.

We don’t design buildings to simply show off. Be it a new home, a renovation, some internal rejigging or a commercial build and fitout, we design buildings while considering their aspect, light, location, and the people who will live within them. Planning a build? Enjoy insider secrets from architects in Auckland with over 20 years’ experience on a diverse range of projects.

The House Concept is about changing the renovation or new build experience so you can enjoy it, get it right, and create a beautiful space for living. We believe architectural firms should listen, consult and work with you as a team and that is what we have built our reputation on.
