Our Style Studio is our dedicated state of the art showroom, built exclusively for our clients, where you will find all of our designer inclusions and be able to view, touch and feel all the choices available for your home. Through the doors of our studio, you will be met with a wealth of inspiration to help bring your vision for your dream home to life. Featuring all the latest on-trend features, fittings, colours, textures and appliances, our studio brings the latest in home trends and innovations to life.

Here, you will be personally guided by a Senior Interior Stylist who will work alongside you and help you choose your fixtures and gather different features to create your homes design palette - bringing together all the elements you had imagined. You will spend the day with one of our Interior Stylists who are just as excited as you are to create the perfect interior scheme for your home. They will bring their experience and style to each project giving you even more ideas to make your home as individual as you. If you’re not sure where to start they will guide you every step of the way spending time helping to articulate and develop your personal style. Every Thomas Archer home should be a reflection of the people that live there, and our Style Studio and Interior Stylist will help bring this to life.

Landmark Custom Design
Thomas Archer operates its own dedicated design studio led by our Senior Architect. and together with a highly regarded team of designers, draftspersons and interior designers, your dream home will quickly become a reality.

It's our flexible, and collaborative approach and commitment to design detailing that give our homes the edge. Our design team have an intimate knowledge of the building and construction industry and are continually pushing the boundaries of liveable architectural design.

A Partnership from start to finish
Each custom home we build reflects our clients. We take the time to get to know our clients, understand the way they live and design homes that meet their individual needs.

Through close collaboration between our architects, designers and estimators, we are able to create associated project costs sooner. This provides our clients with peace of mind that their home will not only meet their aesthetic desire but also their budget.

We see the entire build process as a partnership and take a very personal approach, delivering homes that are distinctly different and as unique and individual as our clients.

1. Explore
During the explore phase, one of our experienced Design Consultants will work with you to explore the possibilities and develop an initial design brief. This process uncovers your vision, including the things you want most within your new home, unique nuances in the way you and your family live and importantly, your budget.

We spend the time upfront to ensure we are well-positioned to get the most out of the design stage and maximise all opportunities available to you.

2. Design
Once the design principles of your project and budgets are aligned, you will then be introduced to our in-house design team who will take a detailed design brief. This includes an in-depth information session where we drill down on the aspects of your block that need to be considered along with your desired outcomes.

Our Designers will then guide you through a personalised and very exciting design process, presenting concept sketches, floorplans and 3D images. This is where you will see how we use your vision as the inspiration behind the design and flow of your home, uniquely shaping it around the way you live.

3. Prepare
On approval of your design, you will then undertake the exciting task of selecting the finishes for your home at our Style Studio, complete a joinery appointment and meet with our electrical specialist to finalise all your electrical and data requirements. All of this is undertaken in readiness of your Fixed-Price Tender.

On signing your Tender document your Contract documents will be prepared and once signed, permits will be ordered whilst your home is prepared for the building phase.

4. Build
As construction begins your dedicated Building Supervisor will be introduced to you. They’ll oversee every aspect of your build throughout this stage, working to timelines ensuring Thomas Archer’s high level of detail and quality standards are adhered to. They’ll also report back to you weekly on the progress of your home so you are kept up-to-date at all times.

Your dedicated Building Supervisor will be there for you throughout every stage of the build, right through to handover.
