Do you love where you live but your home doesn’t suit your needs? Are you running out of room for your growing family? Are you looking to create better indoor to outdoor flow? Whether you know exactly how you want to renovate your home, or are looking for clever solutions, Tim Lucas Construction can help. We have extensive experience renovating Wellington homes and we love a challenge. Working with trusted architects and subcontractors, we can transform your home to suit your lifestyle.

“We realise that renovating your home can be daunting and disruptive, so we do our best to work courteously and quickly to minimise the impact of the renovation works on your day-to-day life. With exceptional communication and attention to detail, we’ll walk you through the entire process, ensuring that the project runs as smoothly as possible and creates minimal stress.”– Kerstin Lucas, Business Manager

There is nothing more satisfying than turning a home that doesn’t meet its owners’ needs into a beautiful, functional space that is a joy to live in.

Our tried-and-true process ensures your renovation runs smoothly and delivers the results you expect.

1. We’ll meet with you to discuss your needs and wants so we can fully embrace your vision.
2. Next we’ll engage a draughtsman / architect, visit your home, and develop concept plans.
3. With an approved concept in place, we will engage further professionals if required and produce more detailed plans.
4. Using these plans, we will price the project and present you with a quote and detailed specification.
5. We’ll draw up a contract covering all the work for the project.
6. We’ll take care of obtaining the required council consents.
7. Time to schedule your renovation and get to work!

Whether we’re building you a brand-new home or renovating an existing one, our tried-and-true process will ensure a successful project.
