Right from the start when we were introduced to Richard via recommendation, he made us feel completely at ease. He knew our budget & idea of what we wanted, he worked within it and never tried to oversell us. We truly valued his & Pete’s opinions and the ideas they gave us all the way through the build. When the inevitable issues cropped up (not sure why we thought we would be any different than anyone else, especially in covid season!) “We unexpectedly found a seriously rotten joist under our floor, and needed an urgent repair. Richard attended the day after, fully understood our needs and arranged for Peter and Simon to come the following week to replace the joist and create a new drainage channel. This was not a straightforward job. They worked hard and long hours in spite of the wet weather which made the site very muddy. In spite of that, their work was of excellent quality, with attention to detail. They were conscientious, considerate and a pleasure to have at our home.
