The first step is to come in and share your vision. We will conduct a high-level feasibility study to educate you on all the costs associated with buying land and building a home. We’ll list and account for every area and expense you need to consider.

2. I Have Land and Need Help

This is an exciting stage! With your land secured, you’ve likely spent a lot of time dreaming about your ideal home. If you haven’t already met with us, here’s how we can help:

We will sit down and discuss your wish list, create a high-level feasibility study, and outline all the considerations for building a home in New Zealand. After reviewing these numbers together, we’ll tailor them to fit your budget. We’ll also explain our operations and demonstrate why we are more competitive than any franchise. We’ll introduce you to our systems and show you why you can trust us.

With a clear understanding of your budget, we’ll move on to concept planning, selecting one of our designers and architects to work with. It’s essential to discuss your budget to ensure time is used accurately.

3. I Have Land and a Concept Plan

Fantastic! A concept plan is an early-stage plan that may include a floor plan and basic renders. While some elements like cladding and flooring might be indicated, they are not yet specified or detailed enough to build. At this point, we can provide concept pricing. We’ll make several assumptions to create a budget for you, ensuring nothing is set in stone maintaining your freedom to create this home unique to you.

This budget gives us the confidence to proceed to the next stage, tailoring your build with minimal time implications. It’s crucial to do this before the plans are fully developed, as it can save a lot of time and potential setbacks.

4. I Have Land and Plans

You’re well-organised! With your plans in hand, we’ll leverage our unrivalled buying power and supplier relationships to price out your project comprehensively. While we act as accountants for the bulk of the project at this stage, our competitive offering stands out. We can begin building your home in our warehouse before consent, thanks to our efficient and robust process.

We won’t set false expectations or hide any costs. We’ll account for everything you need and ensure you know what’s required. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and have you refer us at the end of the project.

Renovations follow a similar process to new builds – we start by creating a feasibility study to outline costs and considerations, then move forward with developing a concept plan tailored to your needs and budget.

Our team will work with you to assess what’s possible, provide transparent pricing, and guide you through every step of the renovation process. From small improvements to major transformations, we’ll ensure your project runs smoothly from concept to completion.
