There are several customisable options to optimise the performance of your TWEENER® system: special colours, wireless operation using a smartphone or tablet, light extension for longer courts, brightness gradation management system or extended warranty (7 years).

Is Tweener compatible with every tennis court configuration?

The solution is compatible with most typical AS/NZS single and double court configurations. To confirm compatibility with our system, a qualification sheet is provided for each lighting project. This sheet, along with photos of the court, helps us identify any specific features that may require adjustments (such as a wall or opening on one side). Our expert team is here to support and advise you throughout your project.

Can we light two courts with one Tweener?

The Double Tweener solution was developed to light two tennis courts at the same time, provided the courts are contiguous within a single fenced enclosure, while achieving AS/NZS requirements.

Is it possible to personalize the color of Tweener modules?

The standard color of the Tweener is Moss Green (RAL 6005). Other colors are available on request - additional costs and lead times may apply.

How long does it take to install the solution on a court?

A Tweener system can be installed in as little as 7 hours on a single or double court (2 to 3 people) if the court(s) meet the required qualifications and the fencing structure is sound and in place.

Is the system compatible with ignition systems (switch, timer, coin mechanism, remotely controlled)?

Yes.

What is the power consumption of Tweener?

Electrical costs are greatly reduced with Tweener. It takes just 1800W to light a single court (about the same as a household vacuum cleaner). The double version uses 2200W.

What is the lifetime of the system?

>50,000 hrs. Tweener comes with a 5-year warranty (extendable to 7 years).

What happens if an LED fails within a module?

In the event of a failure, the faulty module can be easily replaced, as no elevating equipment is required.

Are the modules shock, dust, and fog resistant?

The durable cover protects the LEDs from impact and is UV-treated to prevent discoloration over time. A relief valve allows any condensation to dissipate and the optical modules are fully protected against water and dust ingress.

Are the lights dimmable?

Yes. The lights can be dimmed manually in the Tweener power supply box.
