We recently moved to Noraville (central Coast) into a two storey house. We care for our mum with Dementia. So we had to think about how we were going to be able to get mum up the stairs to shower her. We did think about a stairlift at first. But thought it would impede the space as well as look ugly. So therefore we started looking at Homelifts. We looked at a lot of different companies . A lot of the lifts were extremely expensive as well as not looking very nice. Until we found Velocity Home Lifts. We went to the showroom and were extremely impressed. There we met James. He explained all the features of the lift, as well as all the numerous safety features it has. He went through all the pricing as well. He was very upfront and friendly. And not pushy at all to our surprise. We were also able to go up and down in the lift. It was amazing and also looked fantastic. James then sent us all the information and we went over everything. We then decided to go ahead and order the Iconic Lift. From that day we have never looked back. James and John have been so professional and always friendly. Nothing has been too hard for them. Everything they said they’d do they did. They kept us informed the whole way through. Their communication was fantastic the whole time. All their tradesmen were Fantastic. From the amazing builders to the Amazing Technicians. They were always here on time. Very Friendly, and their cleaning up was impeccable. James and John were always contacting us making sure we were happy with everything. At first mum was a bit worried about going in the lift but that soon changed. Mum loves it. Mum says it’s so smooth and quiet. She thinks it’s fantastic I tell her we’re going in the spaceship . Everyone that comes to the house is super impressed as are we. They comment on how quiet and smooth the ride is. On how great it looks and all those amazing safety features it has. Also the Technicians were fantastic explaining to us how the lift works . Was so easy to follow. The whole process of installing the lift seemed so easy. Only because of John and James and their Amazing Team. Well done Boys. You were all a pleasure to deal with and all extremely professional. Buying the lift has been one of the best decisions we have made. It has made our lives so much easier. From the first contact by phone, through a site visit at their showroom in Sydney to the installation, all staff and management John and James, took the utmost care to make sure I knew the process and then delivered fully on every promise. Builders Chris and Shane were outstanding craftsmen and installers Anthony and Dillon were excellent. I can now stay in my home and fully recommend them to anyone having difficulty with stairs or building a new home.
