Concept Design

Our Concept Design Package is the natural next step following early site studies or feasibility investigations. At this stage we begin to shape the design in greater detail, translating the potential of the site into a clear architectural concept.

This stage provides clients with a strong understanding of the proposed development and is often used to support project planning, valuations, and early funding discussions.

The concept design package may include:

• developed floor plans • architectural elevations • initial landscape planning • refined site layout and building placement • early material and design direction

With experience across a wide range of residential typologies, we specialise in the concept planning stage. Our work includes multi-unit developments, Kāinga Ora housing, minor dwellings, and new residential builds.

When you’re ready to move forward, we collaborate closely with our Licensed Building Practitioner partners to prepare full council consent documentation, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated transition from concept design to construction.
