Here’s what you can expect from us on a typical project – we can help you with just one or all of these depending on your needs:

Design: We work with you to come up with the design - this includes an in-depth briefing to understand the project vision and the practical needs of the end user and an investigation, measure and record of the existing space.  You will receive a design for your space which answers your needs, this will be illustrated though a floor plan, 3D perspectives and material selections beautifully presented using the latest in design software. 

Documentation: This is where we draw up the design in detail, we specify the materials and provide professional drawings - in this phase we recommend and work with consultants and engineers whose services may be required. You will receive a documentation set that can be priced and built from. During this phase we can also help with the tender process or finding the right builder for you.

Consent: We know what it takes to get a building consent - we will provide the required drawings, collect and collate all other required documentation and submit the application with your local council - we will work with the council and answer any queries in order to gain the required consents and approvals to undertake the construction of your project.

Delivery: We will work closely with your selected contractor to realise the design.  We attend meetings, inspect the site, answer queries and help work around unforeseen site conditions - at the end we complete a defects inspection to ensure the build has been completed to a high standard and to the agreed design
