MARK KORGUL

With over 25 years of experience Mark has developed a considered and creative approach to design and been involved in the creation of many projects from individual homes to large apartment buildings and educational facilities. His excellent rapport and communication with clients and builders ensures a seamless design and construction process.

MATT VAN GEFFEN

Matt has a modern, restrained and honest approach to architecture from the planning and structure to the materiality and detailing of a building. He produces architectural solutions that are grounded in their specific contexts and have a sense of place, belonging and a responsibility to the site and community.

ANITA KANE

Anita brings over 17 years of experience in delivering high-end residential projects. Her meticulous planning and detail resolution make her an excellent member of the Watershed team.

PETER JAMES

Peter has been an invaluable part of the Watershed team for over ten years. He has been involved in many projects from start to finish with his attention to detail and easy going manner making for strong and successful client relationships. His love of surfing and all things water related is consistent with his calm and balanced approach to his work.

JULIA KOENIG

With strong conceptual and documentation skills, Julia has a focus on delivering projects efficiently and with attention to detail. She is well-versed in the Green Star building certification process, with environmental design a particular interest.

MATT CERNEC

Matt has excellent design and CADD skills, creating expert three-dimensional models that allow our clients to easily visualise design concepts.

SOPHIE CARLBERG

A recent architecture graduate, Sophie is a diligent worker who applies her skills across design and documentation in the office.

CAMILLE SYMONDS

As an architecture student Camille works across many projects in the office and is keenly learning the processes that we undertake to create beautiful homes for our clients.

CAROLYN MILES

Her love of architecture began as a child labourer in her father’s architecture practice in the 1970’s where actual drawing boards and ink pens were used. She came to Sydney from country South Australia and was bedazzled by bright lights, big city and all that was offered by a large commercial architecture firm in which she worked for 10 years before having three daughters and joining Mark in their business over 18 years ago.
