Stephen Fairbrass

Stephen has over 25 years experience in the joinery trade and has developed a strong passion for domestic construction and solid timber joinery. Stephen joined Well Hung Joinery in 2007 following 3 years as a joinery production manager in London. Prior to his overseas experience Stephen operated his own successful joinery business in Lower Hutt. Stephen has extensive technical knowledge on timber door and window joinery, as well as kitchens and cabinetry, and has been involved in the development of our double glazing systems, compliance with the new NZ standard NZS4211, as well as bringing in new kitchen 3D software to enhance our kitchen manufacture. Stephen holds a NZ qualification in Joinery in both timber joinery and cabinetry. As well as his joinery qualifications, Stephen holds a NZ National Diploma in Construction Management, which has proved useful in his management role responsible for overseeing the timber door and window operation and our kitchen and cabinetry operation. Stephen enjoys working closely with clients, offering his expert advice and ensuring expectations are met.

Anthony Murphy

Anthony joined Well Hung Joinery in 2009 as a qualified timber joiner. Anthony brought with him a vast range of knowledge in the timber joinery field. Over the years Anthony became a vital part of the leadership of our company, and because of this, he was offered a role in a management position overseeing our timber doors and windows division. Anthony is responsible for liaising with clients and builders, carrying out site measuring, producing working drawings for our joiners, and overseeing production, delivery and installation of our work. Anthony has a vast knowledge of timber joinery, and is a real asset to Well Hung Joinery. He largely specialises in timber joinery, and having many years experience in the joinery trade, brings a vast wealth of knowledge to our team. Symon Carr

Symon is the newest addition to our management team, joining us in April 2019. Prior to this, Symon worked as a qualified kitchen and cabinet maker in the Nelson region, crafting and installing all forms of kitchens and cabinets. Following his passion of kitchens, he moved up to Wellington to accept a role with us in our kitchen and cabinetry division. He is responsible for measuring, designing and quoting for kitchens and cabinetry, as well as overseeing the production and installation of his work. Symon has gained extensive experience in all aspects of joinery design and manufacture, and spends a lot of his time creating 3D kitchen drawings for his clients. Symon strives to ensure total customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and delivering products of a very high standard. Crissie Lightfoot

Crissie joined Well Hung Joinery in mid 2018 as our office administrator and receptionist. Crissie is responsible for the general administration of our extremely busy joinery office. Crissie can assist you with any queries you have, and will ensure you reach the correct person you require. Crissie is also responsible for ordering stock for our factory, invoicing our clients, and bank reconciliation, as well as many other tasks.
