The work was completed, on time, and to a very high standard To whom it may concern, Re: West End Painters Ltd. - Lee Donald Last summer, I engaged West End Painters to paint the exterior of my weatherboard house. This involved removing very old and numerous previous coats of paint back to bare wood. Lee was very responsive from my initial meeting with him and subsequent quotation process, provided credible advice and gave accurate time frames in which he could complete the work. The work was completed, on time, and to a very high standard. Lee guarantees his work and the paint he uses. Indeed, I have asked him to return to fix up a very minor fault, which he did promptly. Your professionalism and efficiency was a credit to you Dear Lee, Re: Living room ceiling painting project Thank you for the excellent job you recently carried out for me on my own residence. The project was not straightforward by any means, having a variation in ceiling height from 2.4 to over 6m above floor level and the requirement to use a new-tomarket, flexible highbuild paint system to allow for potential future movement in the ceiling linings. Despite this, you tackled the job with apparent ease and provided valuable feedback on the paint system I had previously sourced to deal with the movement; feedback I was able to relay back to the manufacturer. Your professionalism and efficiency was a credit to you and the fact you tidied up at the end of each day as well as once the job was complete made our continued occupation of the house during the project a completely painless affair.
