Performance

Developed primarily for the New Zealand market, Zebratti hardware is purpose designed to perform in demanding coastal environments and therefore withstand corrosive elements and the test of time.

Concept to design

At Zebratti our designers use the latest CAD software to design and then create 3D prototypes to refine the design of our products. Having control over the design process means we can easily refine and review our product designs.

Manufacturing

We use the best materials available to ensure our products perform. We know product consistency is a priority, and using our in-house state of the art CNC machine helps achieve this.

Testing

To ensure our products perform in the demanding NZ environmental conditions the Zebratti products are tested to NZ code standards.

Has your hardware been tested?

Yes our bifold and sliding door products have achieved NZS4211 compliance, all products have been thoroughly cycle tested to ensure there durability.

Our range of timber bifold and sliding hardware is available as part of the JMFNZ suite of timber joinery.

Where are your products manufactured?

All Zebratti systems are manufactured in-house using state of the art manufacturing technology in Auckland, New Zealand.

Where are your products designed?

We have our own in-house designers. We have been designing and manufacturing door and window hardware for over 20 years.

What materials are Zebratti products manufactured from?

Zebratti is manufactured using top quality materials such as stainless steel. Our products are known for being exceptionally durable with excellent performance over time.

Are your sliding door systems suitable for large openings?

Absolutely. Zebratti has systems to cater for small to very large openings (weighing up to 600kgs per panel).

Do your sliding door systems cater for double glazing?

Absolutely. Our designers have developed systems for single and double glazing.

Are your systems suitable for coastal environments?

Absolutely, our hardware has been specifically designed to be highly corrosion resistant. Zebratti has a reputation performing in the demanding coastal environment time after time.

Are your hardware systems suitable for homes?

Absolutely. Zebratti hardware systems are suitable for all sort of applications including new homes, renovations, restaurants and public institutions.

Do you design and manufacture customised hardware solutions?

Absolutely. Zebratti is a subsidiary of AES Ltd which provide complete manufacturing engineering services. From design through to production, you choose how you’d like to work with AES.

Do you have top and bottom roller door systems?

Absolutely. The choice of roller system will depend on your application. Contact us and discuss your needs with one of our experts.

Do you only offer sliding and bifold door hardware systems?

No. We also have a range of door hardware such as sliding door locks, flush handles, casement window handles and flushbolts for timber doors.
We also have a range of accessories, such as doorstops and hinges.
