Our Managing Director, Rob, has been a builder since completing his apprenticeship at the age of 20. He now has over 25 years’ experience in the trade.
In 2004 alongside his wife Correna, they decided to start their own building company. Together, they have set themselves a high standard of excellence. They have striven to achieve that in the many homes, renovations and construction projects they have built over the years.
Rob Blick Building provides you with the highest quality workmanship and uses only the best professional sub-contractors around.
In 2012, Rob and Correna decided to grow the business and purchased a franchise to carry out pre-purchase property inspections. This business proved to be a great addition. They have inspected thousands of homes to the day and have gained much better insight into the rising failure of homes and leaky buildings.
They have seen first-hand what works and what does not when it comes to building homes.
Rob Blick Building will not build a home that is set to fail. Rob will provide you with honest opinions and feedback. If there are possible areas of weakness in your project, he will promptly question the designer to make sure the issues are addressed at the beginning to avoid future unpleasant surprises.
To achieve the highest standards of workmanship we aim to, we collaborate only with the highest quality professional tradesmen and with a select few trusted sub-contractors. We have worked with this team for many years and have established a high level of mutual trust and understanding.
Our team is comprised of 10 qualified builders, 2 apprentices, an in-house QS, 2 joiners, 1 roofer and our trusted property inspector.
Together we have completed a large variety of projects including some intricate designed architectural builds, high-end home renovations and even some extremely technical projects in remote locations only accessible by helicopter.
