About
1 Hotel is part of the Seafarers precinct, Melbourne’s latest development. The mixed use project comprises of 125 apartments, 280 hotel rooms, a 1000-seater function centre, restaurants, cafés, gym, pool and spa facilities. ODO was engaged to design the hotel component after winning an invited design competition. Our design approach, rich in narratives and resolution, caught the eyes of the judging panel.
