A vibrant contemporary structure at 121 Maunganui Road, designed to enhance community interaction with inviting restaurant fronts and a lively courtyard atmosphere, fostering dining, shopping, and social connections in the heart of downtown Mount.
121 Maunganui Road draws the attention of passers-by in a way other surrounding building cannot. The developer responsible for this contemporary structure had a unique vision when considering the best use of the popular downtown space. And that was an environment where restaurant fronts were designed to encourage greater interaction levels with the outside world and surrounding community.
As you stroll along the main street you are drawn to the constant hum of activity; people laughing and glasses chinking, the warm glow of the festoon lighting that mimics the suns presence as children play gleefully in the extended courtyard.
The building rewards the observant, giving back to the downtown Mount atmosphere in a spectrum of ways. Dine, shop, play, connect.
