190 Marua Road - Angle Seam Variable Cladding - Colorsteel MATTE
The new Aspect Roofing office and workshop occupies a double-site in the heart of Marua Road – a bustling commercial hub on the fringe of the Ellerslie residential zone. The project was conceived not just as a new home for the growing in house team at Aspect Roofing, but to also facilitate a purpose built space for future manufacturing capabilities.
The building, formerly a block of four offices and a mechanics workshop, retains it’s original structure, however it has been completely renovated both inside and out to meet the specific needs of Aspect Roofing's business. The exterior cladding – Eurostyle Epic in Tidal Drift Matte - has been installed by Aspect’s own specialist craftsmen, allowing the freedom to experiment with variable widths and custom trays. The internal space showcases a monochrome palette with plenty of natural lighting throughout each of the purpose built spaces. Abodo vertical cladding lines the walls of the boardroom, as well as the exterior wall accents, and a custom built staircase in matte powder-coated black steel leads the way to the open plan office floor above. This new office and workshop incorporates creative design flair without sacrificing any of the functionality essential for it to operate as both an administrative and commercial manufacturing space - perfect for this rapidly expanding roofing team!
