30 Madden Street is the newest addition to Wynyard Quarter. The development of Stage 2, a seven storey, mixed-use development comprising of 150 apartments and townhouses, with commercial spaces on the ground floor on Beaumont street.

This development is city living at its finest with a series of elevated courtyard spaces, high-quality finishes, and spacious apartment and townhouse layouts, providing a high standard of urban living.

Alucolux panels are used throughout the development in Pure White, Anodic Dark Grey, and Pale Oak. Alucolux provides a non-combustible cladding solution for compliance and safety with no complications. A premium solid aluminium façade panel that provides solutions for architects, developers, and builders they can specify without compromising design and structure.

DETAILS: New Build Development. Stage 2 – 7 level of residential apartments and various sizes of commercial spaces with link bridge connecting to Stage 1 building.
PRODUCTS: Alucolux in Purewhite, Anodic Dark Grey, and Pale Oak. Design and installation of pre-fold sheets aluminium panels & powder coated balustrade caps flashing. Site fabrication of undertrays.
