Sonata’s five exquisitely designed apartments overlook the prestigious St. Heliers Bay, Auckland.
The striking contemporary design maximises space, embraces a fresh coastal spirit and makes the most of radiant natural light. North facing, with a direct line to the bay, each of the five luxury apartments with private access, share spectacular views in a wide arc that encompasses the city, harbour and Rangitoto Island.
With a focus on natural materials, the exterior palette is characterised by textured and polished concrete, contrasting with anthracite zinc cladding, timber soffits and stone paving. The interiors feature clouded white limestone walls, beautifully detailed natural stone and warm aged, darkened timbers.
The thought out combination of location, view and materials each play to its strength working together with the natural landscape to tell the Architectural story.
