Introducing Ahearn, a project built by Alphabuild. Set to epitomise modern minimalist waterfront luxury in a new home build. Scheduled for completion in 2024, this architectural marvel embodies sophistication and elegance in its design.
The building style of Ahearn is characteristically modern, showcasing clean lines, open spaces, and a seamless integration with its waterfront surroundings. With a focus on luxury living, each aspect of this property is meticulously crafted to provide a premium experience for its future residents. From the stunning exterior to the thoughtfully designed interior spaces, every detail exudes a sense of refinement and exclusivity.
When minimalist design and luxury interiors meet, the need for a seamless audio visual solution are stronger than ever. In this project, there are no visible speakers throughout the entertaining floor though a combination of Stealth Acoustics, Ambisonic & Origin Acoustics speakers paired with CasaTunes and AudioControl electronics.
A combination of natural stone, wood and soft furnishings make for clean yet warm atmosphere.
The enormous kitchen island alongside the butlers pantry complete with ice maker is an exceptional entertaining space.
Alongside the garage with space for six cars is a whisky lounge.
With space to display fine and rare whiskies from around the world, a counter with bar seating, integrated fridge and bar with sink and a beer tap - this is the ultimate man cave.

Oceanic Distribution is based in Caringbah, Sydney and distributes its products Australia wide through a network of dedicated AV specialist stores and custom installers. We also distribute our brands to the New Zealand market through a network of sub-distributors. We have an in-house service department capable of technical support and repair of all our products.
