Arcline Architecture worked with Circle D Construction on this stunning two pod home in Alderton Park, Kerikeri. 

The home is constructed in two pods, one being the living, lounge, dining pod, with a garage positioned underneath it, the second pod being three bedrooms and a study. The joining section between the pods is a hallway and includes the stairwell to the garage below. 

Timber decking surrounds the upper floors creating a great flow between the pods and making the floor area of the home feel a lot larger than it actually is. 

The home is clad in dark James Hardies Linea Oblique Vertical Weatherboards, which look stunning and continue the vertical roofing lines to the ground. 

The lounge features two triangular windows to give one gable end a large glass frontage to make the most of the stunning views down to the Kerikeri Inlet. 

Starke Windows and Doors provided the aluminium joinery for the project, being a modern black powdercoated series, all double glazed.
