We have provided ongoing comprehensive planning advice and support to the Auckland Trotting Club for a suite of resource consents for a mixed use development containing 246 residential apartments including commercial activities such as retail, cafes/restaurants and entertainment facilities each housed across four buildings of a 35 metre maximum height. Car parking is provided at basement level and at grade within the development. The architects for the project were RTA Studio.
The project involved a number on highly complex planning issues. Most notably, we were able to secure a non-notified consent for buildings that infringed height in the order of 20 metres.
