Problem: Designed by Koichi Takada and built by Hutchinson Builders for Crown Group, the building needed to stay clean and avoid expensive maintenance and cleaning costs.
Application: Precast concrete façade coated with ECOTONE light grey and charcoal finish.
Outcome: An application of ecotio2® for concrete (Coating One and Two) provided the building with the ability to self-clean, keeping the ‘as new’ appearance whilst purifying the air.
