Arcadia features three-storey mixed-use development comprising commercial/retail and 21 apartments. The ground-floor apartments have sunny private north-facing gardens planted with a mixture of native and exotic shrubs, grasses and trees. And the top-level apartments get amazing views of the city and majestic Maungawhau (Mt Eden). The living rooms on the first and second floors have spacious north-facing balconies. The ground floor apartments have also been raised slightly and screened from footpath for privacy.
