Arrowtown

The first house in New Zealand built from Nudura ICF. The owner ( English) wanted to be warm! Arrowtown winters are tough and this home provided all he wanted in terms of comfort and noise control for his young family. An early lesson learnt here is that if building with Nudura ICF and quality windows the heating requirements can be greatly reduced. Thermal modelling of a building indicates accurately what's required and saves a fortune!!.
