Auckland Heritage Apt

“Having bought our house with the intention of renovating down the track, we had been living in the house for a number of years as it was. This gave us a good opportunity to appreciate how changes could be made to the house to incorporate the best aspects of the property. What we appreciated was that Graham and his team were able to work with our ideas and provide a number of other suggestions that we could incorporate into the build. However the part that we most valued was his practical knowledge and ability to advise on what certain aspects were likely to cost to build and provide alternatives – meaning that we were able to keep to our budget. The work itself went really well. We were consulted all the way and the builders were courteous and professional. Graham has always been available for the many follow up queries and requests for advice we have. Couldn’t recommend Cooper Renovations highly enough.”
