United House was formed in 2007 after more than 30 years in the building industry, both here in New Zealand and in the UK.

About Craig:

I have a meticulous eye for detail and pride myself on listening to my clients' wishes and achieving their goals in the best way possible.  I truly believe that building or renovating a home should be a process that is enjoyed by the owners – rather than a stressful experience, and I strive to ensure this is always the case.  I believe in being true and honest to the beauty of older character buildings and their unique features, while at the same time acknowledging that homes must work for modern families and be tailored and modified to fit the busy lifestyle we all have these days.  The perfect combination of new and old is without a doubt achievable and the process to get there can be a great experience.

I have a team of experienced tradesmen including carpenters, hammer hands and labourers all of whom have proven their worth over a number of past projects with me.  I also manage the liaison between teams of electricians, plumbers, roofers etc and have long-standing, secure relationships with both them and industry suppliers.
