A 9-storey apartment complex located in central Auckland. Levels 1 -7 form part of the original construction dating back to the 1920s. In the mid-1990s two additional levels were added.
August Millard are working collaboratively with the Body Corporate and the apartment owners to provide a remedial solution that satisfies the aesthetics and heritage requirements of the building.
