August Millard have been engaged to provide Project Management services for the refurbishment works to 24 x 3 storey townhouses split into two blocks of 10 and 14 townhouses including garages, pool and gym. The works include removal and replacement of deck membranes, window and door joinery and external claddings. Our services included:

Preparation of tender contract and documentation. Tendering services and tender analysis reporting. Contract preparation and execution. Project Management and Engineer to the Contract during construction. Weathertightness Specialist services (Registered Building Surveyor).
