A homestead with rich settler history nestled on the banks of the Avon River was renovated, remaining sympathetic to its original style. The addition of a modern extension, by Rodrigues Body coat Architects, increased living spaces to suit the large family and guests, whilst also providing better access to thelower ground level of the original home.
