A contemporary renovation of a 1960s family home in Mawson, designed by Kathryn Trentini, featuring modernized interiors, enhanced storage solutions, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, awarded the Residential WINNER ACT - Peoples Choice Award.

A 1960’s family home situated in the leafy suburb of Mawson, the Baron Cottage brief was to completely modernise the interior, maximise the existing footprint, improve storage and accommodate for modern family life. A warm, calm and inviting space was created through clever spatial planning, reconfiguration of the existing shared spaces to accommodate modern family life, incorporating a discreet butlers pantry and laundry as well as an abundance of storage.
